Overview
What SkyCare OS is for
SkyCare OS brings assessments, care planning, visits, medication records, incidents and rota into one system for UK homecare providers. It is in beta and available to selected providers by request.
In homecare, the story of a person’s care is often split across paper forms, spreadsheets and separate apps, which makes it hard for carers, coordinators and managers to see the same picture.
SkyCare OS is built around a continuous thread — from assessment to care plan to delivery to evidence — so the record is created as a by-product of doing the work.

- The dashboard shows what needs attention today: items needing attention, open assessments, care packages ready to start and high-risk alerts, with a daily briefing and an inspection readiness score.
- The records list shows every assessment with a completion bar, a readiness score, urgency and status.
- An assessment summary shows the decision, the needs matched, the package plan and the review date, with an inspection readiness score.
- A care plan is generated from the assessment and grouped by CQC domain, with a review date, risk assessments and goals that record the need, the desired outcome and how the person is supported.
- The medication record shows scheduled rounds, doses given, adherence over seven days and recent activity, including a dose the person declined.
- The inspection readiness screen shows an agency-wide score, medication adherence, care plan coverage and a prioritised list of actions.
- The rota shows visits allocated to carers across the week, with coverage and hours.

It is in beta. We are working with a small number of providers, and you can request a demo to talk about whether it fits yours.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. SkyCare OS currently needs a connection; offline support is on our list of improvements.
