What Sky Compliance Portal is for
The Sky Compliance Portal keeps each staff member’s compliance record in one place, with a live status dashboard and alerts before documents and training expire. It is in beta.
Workforce compliance depends on dates: right-to-work checks, DBS certificates, training renewals. When those live in folders and spreadsheets, an expiry is easy to miss and hard to evidence.
The portal holds the whole record per person, shows red, amber and green status at a glance, and reminds managers before something lapses.
